State Bank of India — Cash not received @ ATM but amount debited in account.

Dear Sir/Madam I went to ATM for withdrawn cash on 12.04.2014 in SBI ATM Narayanpur Dharwad, my account has been debited of RS 20000/- but I have not received the money from ATM, afterwards I lodge complaint in SBI Harihar Branch on 21.04.2014 and the complaint no AT[protected], now the bank officials saying that transaction was successful and you have received the money, But i have not received any money during that day. I waited in ATM that day around 30-40 mins but no cash came from ATM. So here i requesting you to help me out to get my money back of Ra20000/- from SBI Bank. and my account details as below. For you reference I have attached complaints sheet, where they have investigated. They are telling there is not excess cash in ATM.
