I HAVE DEPOSITED MY CHEQUE FOR CREDIT CARD ON 3rd JUNE IN CHINMAYA NAGAR BRANCH, CHENNAI. BUT STILL THAT PAYMENT HAVE NOT CLEARED IN CREDIT CARD, DONT KNOW THE STATUS OF MY CHEQUE, I HAVE ENQUIRED IN THE NEAR BRANCH, NO USE OF THAT. THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE IN SBI CUSTOMER CARE ALSO, I CANT PAY THE PENALITY BECAUSE I MADE MY PAYMENT ON TIME. BUT IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR MAKING ME IRRITATING. SO KINDLY DO SOME NEEDFUL. CHEQUE NUMBER 135031. EVERY MONTH I AM FACING THIS SAME ISSUE. LAST MONTH AFTER THE DUE DATE THE MADE THE REVERSED THE PENALTY AND CLEARED THET CHEQUE. VERY SLOW AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE
