State Bank Of India — complaint related to debit transfer transfer to [protected] investment intermedia

Dear team,

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedia, because i could see there is a transaction of rs. 4, 779.00.00 charged with a heading on 26th of sept2018. And charged interest on that amount which is rs. 230 till now.

I had rs/.23 paise in my insurance account.

Dear Customer, HOLD has been placed on your Acc XXXXX654480 for 1, 000.00 for the reason 196 UPI .this message was received me .so please determine this type of reason. I am facing 1st time this reason .so please solve the problem while I hold the transaction.

Phone pay transaction failed is not return my money resived me..

On every month rs295 has been deducted from my account without any investment or premission..Revert it asap otherwkse we have to switch our a/c to another bank so yhat we can atleast get best services
