On 17 April 2015, I tried to draw Rs 9000/- from SBI ATM, Hauz Khas. Money was deducted from account but I didn't get cash. I had to complain... It was seen that 9000 had been deducted, reversed and deducted again on same day.
After complaining, Rs 6500/- was deposited back in my acc on 27 April and I was told in mail that at times the money is reversed in phases !!!
I complained again but everytime complaint was closed without being solved..
When I call customer care centre, they redirect me to home branch; when I tried mailing home branch, they hardly reply or just say it'll be done...
I wonder how long it takes for a bank of this repute to reverse an error in my account due to fault in their ATM system !!! Was this information helpful? |
