State Bank Of India — Deduction from account against ATM Card not held by the account holder

My SBI savings account number is [protected] at SBI, Shillong (main) branch, IFSC Code SBIN0000181. On[protected] the bank has deducted an amount of Rs.160/- from my account for an ATM Card No.[protected], which I do not hold, nor was applied for, nor was issued to me at any time. So, I want that the bank rectify their mistake and return the amount to me.
