State Bank of India — FAILED TRANSACTION FROM ATM

While withdrawing Rs-2000 from my SBI debit card (no-[protected]) at 8:01 pm on 16/05/2015 from the ATM of Malda District Central Co-operative Bank of Mathurapur, Manikchak (IFSC- WBSC0MALD12) vide atm no- WML00002, Rs 2000 is deducted from debit card & slip from the machine is issued but no money from the machine was given to me. The trans id was Txn#[protected]. Still now it is not refunded. MY BRANCH- GOSANIMARI SBI(CODE-07000) A/C- [protected]
