Such a bad experience banking with SBI specially at SBI Basirhat(code- 0030) and SBI Taki(code- 6867) branch.
Issues:
1. SMS does not come after withdrawal/debit of amount. But service charges are being debited from account regularly. Complaints/applications has been submitted for several times, no result.
2. Net Banking does not work. Firstly they gave the net banking kit but did no activate it. I reported this. After a long time they activated the kit but there is no transaction rights given to the account. After contacting several times nothing has been done.
3. Spelling of account holder name is different from what is submitted in KYC application. Separate application to change name spelling has been submitted along with supported documents, but no change.
Only thing I get is harassment, helplessness and total waste of time. Staffs are too arrogant and they do misbehave. They hardly give proper information and most of the time they would give wrong information. They don't mind telling lie. Even complaining issues online didn't help me. No one bothers to call me in response to the complaints. So, here is my post. Was this information helpful? |
