State Bank Of India — I have not got re-pin of ATM from home branch

I have made request on 12th Dec 2014 for re-pin of ATM.As I contacted to Customer Care, they told that it is dispatched on 1st Jan 2015.But still it is not available in home branch.Rs.51 has been deducted from my account for re-pin service.So please help me.
