State Bank of India — Insurance policy not providing and not opening an new account

I have knew that sbi is giving accidential insurance of 10 lacs rupees in amt 1000 so i had gone to sbi branch gurudwara chowk Shivpuri mp and also i had discussion about it with Mr. Mahesh Chandra Garg (Chief Manager ) but they had told me that here is not sufficient staff for it. so Kindly request you to please do the same as per my required with request.
