Sir,
When i go to do kyc, then staff ignores me and said come again after raksha bandhan, dussehra, diwali, chhath and they made a reason of festival and any other reason to ignore. My account only opened till now and i'm running again and again to the branch from 6 to 7 months, yet i didn't made any transaction with that because during opening account i provide every documents as req. But they didn't add my mob no. So, the problem i m facing with that is pin no. Of atm card is not generating. So that account is useless for me... Was this information helpful? |
