Ref: My SB A/c [protected] at your Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar Branch, Hyderabad
I visited your branch yesterday (13th April 2015) at 10:45 AM, to discuss with your Manager for initiating Study loan for my son who got admission and I20 for pursuing MS at one of the reputed universities in USA.
Your Manager was in the hall way, and asked me why I came there. I told him that I wanted to discuss with him regarding study loan for my son who got admission and I20 for pursuing MS at one of the reputed universities in USA.
Not inviting to sit and discuss atleast ( I am 52 years old), he said in rather harsh manner to come at 3 PM as there is no adequate staff. I said I can understand the situation and just asked for the check list atleast for initiating loan requirements. He said all the staff are busy (he seems to be free standing in hall way).
With his harsh tone I got hurt, and said If I could look to other branch for loan, he said you are free to do so.
I am an SB A/c holder with your branch with balance in SB account close to Rs 70, 000 and 2 FDs with the same branch for about 22 Lakhs. I told him about my account Balance and FDs and said I have not come for begging, in a mild tone. However his attitude continued to be rude, this was exhibited in front of other staff at the Cash counter too.
Is this the way a customer is treated in your Bank? Is your Bank and their Managers not customer friendly? Are your Manager's not trained to be courteous with customers who visit them, with respect.
Please take care of such misbehaved Branch Manager at S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad, and train him well to speak to customers with manners.
With sad face, I had to go to your Balkampet Branch where I met your relationship Manager who was ready to help.
