i have a savings acct bearing no [protected] at khandagiri, Bhubaneswar (Odisha). i had applied there while on leave to chage the spelling of my name from Pattnaik SK Sub as Shasikanta pattnaik wich was changed as sashikant pattnaik (Also wrongly spelt in my pan card). i am stayin at leh ladakh of J & K and not possible to visit the office again. my application may please be verified again to change the same. Also i had applied in the same application to change my mobile no from [protected](Being Prepaid sms cannot be recd in J & K area) to a post paid mob no as [protected]
