State Bank Of India — Money deposited through Atm machine

As per my written complaint at ayyappa society, madhapur, hyderabad SBI Branch (Service Manager) on 4th April 2015 I deposited Rs23500/- through Deposit machine with my ATM card swiping that time Electricity cutoff and my money inside the machine after 5min electricity come back but no receipt come out from machine and that time I met service manager personally but she said give the written complaint and your money will come with in 7day but today is 26th April nothing is happened.
