State Bank Of India — My Loan Account is linked with some other person's name in Raihu Runa Maafi List

My Name is SRINIVASARAO RONGALA. having account in SBI yeleswaram branch in East godavari district, Andhra pradesh. Andhra Predesh Goverment Issued Farmer Loan Waiver Scheame and for that i have given all details required by goverment to the bank. and Bank guys entered the details. But the problem is they enter my Account number with some other persons Name. due to that i am no eligible for the loan waiver scheme. I went Hyderabad secretariat to ask But they are telling It is mistake done by bank and i came to bank and didn't get the reply from bank at all . they are behaving so ruide on me . I am loosing alomost 62000 ruppees only because of Mistake done by Bank persons. How should i get my loan to be eligible for raithu runa mafi.
