State Bank Of India — my problem is not solve by sbi till date 13/07/15

Dear sir My account no. Is [protected], IFSC Code:-SBIN0000330 sbi branch sector-1 bhilai(c.g), ' I am also facing some problem regrarding state bank Virtual card generation in online sbi., I am try for creating state bank vitrual card in online sbi( net banking) but shows " due to technical problem we are unable to process your request now, please try later " and hold money from my account(Note-without creating state bank virtual card ' hold money in virtual card and after 48 hr. retern to my account) So please solve my problem Please Note:- {sbi complain registered Ticket no. OV[protected]} { complain in indian consumer complaints date 24/07/2015} my problem is not solve till date 13/07/2015, please help me
