Dear Sir,
My son Arjun Chaudhuri studying at IIT Kharagpur (having s/b account at SBI, Kalindi Branch) has not received the Internet Banking password through courier even after nearly 2 weeks. He received user-id via SMS on 8th November 2014.
Hence, he had logged the issue under "Transaction Rights..." with ticket no. IB[protected] as there was no other reason close to the issue he is facing in the List of Values (LoV).
The issue was closed because it did not fall under "Transaction Rights..." .
Kindly look into the issue of non-receipt of Internet Banking Password and resolve the problem.
