State Bank of India Online Clerk Recruitment — product received is totally different and low quality

I had ordered a pink long dress worth rs 860 on 31st march, but the product delivered was blue short kurta of extreamly low quality and cheap., and not even worth the price i had paid. Even the product exchange or refund tab is not available on website. The phone number is also wrong and no one replies to the email also.
I need my money back as this is not acceptable.
