[Resolved]  State Bank of India — pending reverse payment against loan processing fee paid

My Name is Pushparaj Hegde, from Bangalore. Mobil: [protected]. One of SBI employee Mr. Chandru Mob. : [protected] (saying from Banaswadi branch, loan section) have shown interest to provide me loan your SBI bank for my new house construction in Bangalore and sent his representative Mr. Chethan (Mobile # [protected]) taken all the xerox copy of the documents and signed application forms. I have all the original documents except land sale dead copy.For which I have given copy of certified sale dead copy. For this reason your branch was not ready to accept the document and did not approve.Meantime, during collection of document, they have collected a cheque of amount Rs. 7, 750/- (Seven thousand and seven hundred fifty) from me and credited your bank.At that time Mr. Chandru informed me that he will reverse the payment. This was happen almost 2 months back, but till now they have not taken any action.I have called several times and stopped attending my calls.
