State Bank Of India — Poor response regarding missing of card

I missed my SBI visa card. I called to the bank. They didn't even listened to what i've said. I tried calling to that SBI office. they said something worse. which I don't want to mention here. Is this the way of treating customers.. kindly consider my complaint against the particular SBI branch
