[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Regarding credit card

Sir, state bank of india issued a credit card without application and send me bills last four years and also charging interest, I never using before I dont know what should i do. I never received, activate or any transaction. They put my name in SIBIL india and I really mentally upsate What shold i do by easy way? my mail address is "[protected]@yahoo.com" Thanks
