[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Regarding SBI home loan

I am trying to apply SBI home loan through SBI-Home loan branch at Howrah. I have all legal documents of the house that I am planning to buy. I approached SBI Home loan division many times but the officer dealing with the home loan offend me all the times by saying the fact that I need to have a mutation certificate of the house. As the house is of 24 years old, the seller lost the certificate and issued a demand registrar against that from Howarh Municipality, and as per the mutation officer, the demand registrar can be considered as a mutation certificate. I have detailed this fact to the home loan officer but he is harassing me by saying that it is not their business and they cannot do anything without that. He is not helping me at all but rather behaving rudely. This is showing very bad scenario on the home loan service being offered by SBI and an action should be taken immediately against that.
