State Bank of India — Regd. delay in process of housing loan.

My name is sadagopan. I have applied for housing loan at hoskote branch SBI 1.5 months back. I have submitted all the relevant documents and I have applied for minimum loan for my site purchase.( 9 lacs). They have done house verification and site verification 25 days back. but after that, as of now there is no communication from the branch and when we visit the branch, the concerned authority says that she will intimate by phone regd. the status . but always there is no reply.
