Sir, I have transferred Rs.5000/- on 15/11/2014 from my account of Samrao Vitthal co-operative Bank Versova Mumbai Branch in fafour of Firtu Yadav of State Bank of India Deogaon Branch Azamgarh. But in my RTGS form I mentioned Beneficiary Name Firtu yadav but due to oversight wrote account number of other person.
