State Bank Of India — Requested for unblocking my ATM Debit card

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Metilda and i am holding an account with SBI ADE branch Bangalore. I lost my card and blocked my ATM card. Unfortunately i got my ATM Debit card back. so i went to my branch, and given a letter to unblock my Debit Card before 1 month. and i called them more than 15 times. but no use. Please take action on these.
