Please help me about my refund amount of rs 399 from amazon and amazon said that they already sent amount on 5th oct2018 and ref id is #[protected] so pls help me sir. I already contact with my branch but they told me that no amount credited from amazon bt amazon told me they have been credited on 5th oct2018 so now what should i do pld help me
