[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — about statements and unnecessary charge | |||
I have sbi credit card with this number [protected], firstly i have been told that you will not be charged for annual fees if you do the transaction the fees will get waived off thene to bank have charged me 3000 per year. Secondly, i have taken one epilator on emi from amazon and sbi is charging me two emi on single product since march. Unnecessarily i have been charged for 941 since six months as i am out of india so i couldn't able to notice and after that when i spoke about it then i have been told that i will get waived off for this epilator and now unnecessarily if i don't make the payment then bank will charge me late payment fees multiple times. Now last time i have been charged for exceeding limit. Now with this mistake what the bank should be charged, i want an answer for that? Bank must be charged as bank does not let the customer leave for any fees has been charged. I am on call since two hours even though i have been to ivr and enter card details the ivr machine is so pathetic that its telling me sorry we haven't received any input plus bank has not been showed any complint id on google. Such a bad experience, waste of money than other banks still no good services at all. I am going to close this card immediately when all the charged will get waived off Was this information helpful? | |||
