State Bank Of India [SBI] — abusing call received from collection team

I have 2 card i had not paid outstanding last one yr due to some financial problem ( some medical problem in my family ), collection called me many time, can you pls confirm its process that if i have not paid overdue any kind of reason so collection person will use abusing language, he is calling many of person of my knowledge and abusing him also, soi have stop the take call of collection person. pls treat this is very serious issue i m your customer
