I have an account in state bank of india, on 5th august 2016, i downloaded there application state bank freedom and used mvisa service to recharge my dth account. Rs.300 deducted twice and there was an error that mentioned that the transaction were failed and amount would be refunded in bank account, but i didn't receive any refund yet. Also, i didn't receive any transaction id for the same. Kindly help me to get my rs.600 refunded back in my bank account.

Iam holding SBI credit Card from 4 years and limit is 24k there was no increase in limit kindly let me know weather amount can be increased or not so that i can take decision to continue or cancel the card
