State Bank Of India [SBI] — amazon money not received within 3-5 business days of cancelled product

I ordered two items in amazon. Due to flood issue i cancelled the amazon product. The money is deducted from my account. After 3-5 business days there is no response then i contact them they said they have initiated all the measures from them but money is not refunded in the account. I visited the bank branch but there is no response from there. Amazon send a refund reference number. So i am requesting kindly take necessary action. Please reflect the amount in my account.
