State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount deducted from my account in a failed transaction

This is to humbly inform you that I'm HARKESH, account holder in your bank branch with account number [protected]. I attempted to make two continuous transactions on December 2nd, 2020 of the amount 10, 000 in the beneficiaries' account named, Ramkesh ([protected]) at 11:34 am and 12:10 pm with RRNs.[protected] and [protected] respectively using paytm platform through my SBI account (above-mentioned). The amount for both the transactions has been deducted from my account.
However, the refund of the second transaction (RRN[protected] has been made on the same day. But, the first transaction has been mistakenly credited to an account named Bachchu Singh via CSP outlet. It is to be noted that neither I have made any past transaction in Bachchu Singh's name nor I have used the CSP outlet ever.
Now the Paytm and the bank are imposing allegations on each other and I have been putting into unnecessary mental stress to get my money back. Moreover, the bank is saying that I needed to go to the CSP platform to lodge my grievance. However, I have never used CSP Outlet for any kind of transaction.
being an Army personnel, it is quite difficult for me to devote most of my time to this particular issue. Therefore, I humbly urge you to do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest and oblige. I'm attaching all the responses, account summaries and messages received
