I have trying to get an issue resolved with the customer care of SBI credit card team but after replying to my email once, they have not taken any initiative in resolving the issue (Interaction ID[protected].
I was issued a card in my name without my knowledge. I had never received the card. Hence it was never activated nor used from my side as I never received it. But still they have levied an annual card maintenance fee on me which is completely unethical.
When I tried to contact them via email, in reply they tried to justify this unethical work done by them and asked me to pay the fess. This company is fraudulent and they cheat their customers in any way they can.
It is my request to my fellow consumers that you please avoid taking any credit card from the SBI team. Was this information helpful? |
