State Bank Of India [SBI] — atm cash withdrawal: amount got deducted but did not get cash or receipt

I did the transaction on 14th march at around 5:22 in the evening. The amount 5000 inr got deducted from my bank account but i did not get the cash or the receipt. I registered a complaint at the online complaint centre of sbi on the same day i. E. 14th march.
As per their terms i should have got the amount back in my account under a week. But it has been 10 days so far.
The ticket number for the complaint was [protected].
The atm machine was canara bank, a. M. U. Post office branch, aligarh.
The bank account is sbi, topsia, kolkata.
