This complaint is regarding withdrawal of cash from IDB atm my transaction got declined during processing and I did not received any cash from ATM. But after an hour my balance got deducted and received SMS that amount has been withdrawn.
I tried transaction 2 times for 3000 each. And I received SMS that amount has been deducted 2 times despite of the fact that during withdrawal I received message on IDB ATM screen that transaction has been declined by your bank.
I tried calling on customer care number but no one responded. I don't get this if there is no one to attend customer on customer care then why everywhere it is mentioned that contact on our customer care number.. Do SBI people think that public is fool. Is it so easy to fool public.. These PSU banks are good for nothing. No management at all.. They are just playing with public money.. I opened account in this bank thinking that these banks are easy to reach.. but today I got to know that these banks are good for nothing..
