State Bank Of India [SBI] — Atm machine switched off while withdrawing the money

Hi sir,

I am h.Kalaiarasu having an account in the sbi, technopark, thiruvananthapuram and my a/c no [protected] and ifsc code : sbin0007617 when i tried to withdraw rs.6000 from my a/c [protected] on 15th march 2016(Today) around 09:15 am from the sbi atm joshua addl off, nagercoil at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm, but when i checked the balance from the other atm after 10 minutues the balance was deducted from my a/c [protected].

Sir i am requesting you to take necessary action immediately
