[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Atm problem and my money deduction

Dear sir,
I am vishwas sharma a client of your bank my account number is [protected].
On 16th of january 2021 at 7:56pm i went to sbi atm at mango to deposit my money through machine but due to delay in submission of the money of amount ₹5500/- (Five thousand five hundred only) the machine showed timeout and my money got stuck into it. The amount has not came in my account yet since it has been many weeks.
To claim my money i went to sbi bank at mango, the person who has appointed to look towards the transaction in atm asked me to fill a form and to wait for two days. The third day i went again but they again told me to wait for few more days and yet it's going like this. Everytime whenever i went to the bank till now the workers in the bank abuse me and also misbehave with me which i never accepted they use such words which i even can't tell you it really makes fell hopeless and disappointed. I really want you to look into this matter and help me to get my money back. For which i'll be grateful to you.

0n 19th July I went to ATM of SBI to withdraw Rs 10, 000/- After waiting for 15 minutes when i did not get the OTP on my phone, I went back home and after 90 minutes i got the OTP on my mobile with instruction that if this is not authorised then send Block message on 567676. As it was not me I blocked the Debit Card for which I did not get the OTP when i had waited at the SBI Branch (Prenatirth Branch, Ahmedabad)
The System of SBI is hopeless. Then I talked to the customer executive on [protected] who after taking all the information to validate that I am the genuine Account Holder said that the system is not working so I should try after 2 hours.
I again tried after 2 hours but unfortunately the same experience the system is not working. The Executive who was talking to me was absolutely useless as he was having no idea of SBI.
Today on 20th July, 2022 I talked to Customer Executive on [protected] and again was told that the system is not working. Then I requested that person to pass the line to the senior person who despite of slow system helped me to take the request of new Debit card but I was told that I would be charged RS 300/-

Now, it is not a question of Rs. 300 but the matter of principal that when i wanted to withdraw money from ATM SBI System is not working.
2. I never get any OTP on my Mobile
3, after 90 minutes i am getting OTP on my Mobile
4. Then I get the message that Rs 10, 000 is debited
5. In the message it is clear instruction that if it is not you then send BLOCK message on 567676
6. I did the same thing which i was instructed to be done
7. Now SBI says that I shall be charged Rs 300 for issuance of the Debit Card.

My point of resistance is that due to poor functioning of the SBI system why should i be penalised?
If i act as per the instructions of theSMS sent to me then why should i bear RS 300 ?

I intend to take up the matter with appropriate authority so that such difficulties are not faced with other person.
SBI should immediately reverse Rs 300 charges for issuance of Debit card
