State Bank Of India [SBI] — auto debit rs 295 every month

Your a/c xxxxx402492 debited inr 295.00 on 09/02/19 - transferred to investment intermedi. A/c balance inr xxx. Xx
Your a/c xxxxx402492 debited inr 295.00 on 23/03/19 - transferred to investment intermedi. A/c balance inr x, xxx. Xx
This is my wife’s account which is non operating from last one year. We just reactivate it on jan-19 and we don’t have atm or net banking. We don’t know about this investment intermedi company.
Please help me to get refund.
