When I approach Ayapakkam. chennai branch - the Behaviour of manager is very rude (Seetha Sekar). She uses "not my problem" kind of sentence to customers when asked about valid issues ( in a very polite way) which I am facing. The attitude towards customer is so bad that I am planning to leave SBI after 10 years of banking with SBI.
When tried to enter her cabin-saying "Excuse Me" (trying to get her attention)- She even did not bother to reply and after one minute her response was "as i am busy in my work I cannot say YES to you- Sit Down and wait for a minute". Do you have any answer for this behavior from a manager. (Please check your cctv footage - this happened 7 april-2016 - between 12 pm to 12.45 pm)
My request was to change address in my account but though she gave suggestion (Doc Requirement)- her behavior was very rude, unapologetic and full of bad attitude. She Even said "That is not my problem" when asked about further suggestion . This is not acceptable . please do needful so that we don’t get this kind of behavior while visiting SBI.
