I was trying to pay WBSEDCL electric bill through BHARAT QR using SBI ANYWHERE app on 21 December.
The amount of 495 rupees was deducted from my SBI account but BILL NOT PAID.
Kindly refund it.
QR payment reference no is 835513A00014.
Now I don't know what to do.
Shall I have to pay the bill again?
Please send feedback and tell me how can I get my money back.
