Amazon has done the process of amount transferring rs 999, reference no.696035.but the sbi bank customer service are not help about this matter.

I tried to generate my sbi atm pin through sms but it says Dear Customer, Your credentials not found in database, please provide valid credentials. I am sending sms from registered number also even through IVR call also after confirming debit card number it always says technical problem. Please solve this issue.
