State Bank Of India [SBI] — car loan [protected] interest rate

Hi i availed a car loan [protected] and as per the agreement it was 10.20% intrest rate and emi was rs 10875. Wherein 11, 000 is getting debitrd from my account month on month, which was takenup with concern branch and they confirmed that the intrest rate as per the system is 10.65%. Please check why there is a miscommunication. Please check and revise as per earlier confirmation. Else the same to be taken further for proper logical conclusiin. Regards.
