State Bank Of India [SBI] — card is not activated

Dear Team
I am using A Sbi credit card From last 1 year i am not able to pay into last 3-4 month. And i received a call from collection team They tell me to pay some part of amount and i said if a pay all pending amount i am able to use card or not. And he said yes your card is activated in 24 hr. after i paid all of amount my card is not activated I esclate My complain to all level
