State Bank Of India [SBI] — Cash deposit machine (deposit problem)

I have deposited rs 30, 000 in sbi cash deposit machine today morning. The process was almost completed and at the last it showed time out. I didn't received any slip regarding this problem. So i have complained to the bank manager corresponding to this machine. They have asked me to fill a form for this complaint but i wasnt given any slip for confirmation that i have lodged a complaint. They asked me come back after 10days regarding this problem but i worried as there is no written confirmation slip given to me.
I have done my deposit transaction on[protected] at time approximately 11:50-12:10 (As no slip is generated).
