I have tried to withdraw rs. 2600 on 1st november from sbi atm at sarthi avenue, vadodara. At that time, i haven't received cash but that is debited from my account and also i haven't got any message, slip or email for that. After knowing that on 5th, i have complained for that through toll free help line. As of today 20th november, that request shows "under process" although bank tells that they resolve this type of complaint in 7 working days.
