To, The chief branch manager State bank of india Prince Anwar Shah Road branch Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed" Dear sir A refund of 1513.99 rupees was successfully processed on 3rd Decemeber 2020 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help. I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]. Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. charge dispute refund not processed. +2 photos Was this information helpful? Dec 8, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted Amazon as well as SBI Customer Care regarding the issue. While SBI could not track the issue and the Refund Reference Number, Amazon ensured me that the refund was issued and will be credited by 9th of December. They even offered to contact me on the 10th of December to know the status and guide me in case it was still not resolved. Thankfully, I got the amount within 7 hours of writing the complaint on this website and calling Amazon. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
