State Bank Of India [SBI] — chasing bank for 2 years to resolve a very little issue | |||||
My name is kawaljeet singh and i have a personal savings bank account in state bank of india, gardanibagh Patna branch. As i opened the account in 2012 i got a netbanking kit along with a mobile banking kit. That time i was living in with my parents. Later i moved to a different city for job so my mobile number got changed which i updated in my home branch. Now its been years and everytime i go to my homebranch and ask them to update my online banking registerd mobile number, they say its already updated . I do get all the sms alerts on my new changed number but when i try to login sbi online it asks for an otp that is been send to my old number which is no longer in use. How come i can use my online banking when they say to change my online banking mobile number i have to login to my sbi online which can;t be done without the otp which rather than been sent to my new number is going to my old number. I am into a deadlock state since nowadays everyone wants to use the online banking services. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

A Refund of Rs.9450.90 was successfully processed from Amazon.in on[protected] in my account by ref.no.449527 & ref order no.#[protected] This amount should have been credited to my SBI account. But I have not received the refund till now.

Tried all india customer care no as well as local customer care numbers to talk about delievery but no response from them, all india number is not available and local numbers are not receiving calls, i am uploading some screenshots here.
