State Bank Of India [SBI] — cheating for payment

My card ending with 4714

March month payment is 56480 but as per em it is 16444.

Why they are charging extra no clarity

I have done full payment charges of 56480

But april month bill nothing is mentioned for this extra paid charges

April month bill is 33462 but as pr emi it is 15188

Why they collecting extra charges and where they utilizing this amount no explation

If i will pay 15188 total emi then they will put extra finance charges

I want explanation about this etra charges and where they adjusting charges

As per norm we have to pay for emi and gst aplicable to that emi but no extra chrges

Some transactions are done without any otp intimation or anything without my knowledge...I didn't make any transaction via atm or netbanking but afterwards I find some transaction is done..no mail or msg for the registered no.& mail for the deduction...and no information about such transaction was done..

it is information for you that on 9/4/2018 Rs. 2306.86 was deducted from my A/c [protected] for dishonor cheque.
