State Bank Of India [SBI] — cheque book not received from ushanagar branch

Dear sir/madam,

I am an account holder in sbi, ushanagar, annpurna road branch, indore.
A/c no. [protected]. I have applied for cheque book through sbi online & on 10th july 19 i have received message that cheque book dispatched but till now it has not received to me, i had informed the same in the sbi branch and also in the post office but no response received from both the place.

Therefore it is kindly requested to inquire into the matter & revert on the same.
