I have been issued a credit card (16 digit number [protected]) of limit RS 35000 from SBI card. I have used the amount and I cannot pay the amount timely on due date. But I have been asked to pay Rs 38000 including dues. I have payed the amount on 04 Jan 2022. After contacting with your representative, I have confirmed that I have no dues to pay and I have been issued an NOC for the account of credit card. But you have lodged settlement on my CIBIL which remain unsolved even after payment of eight month.
