To whomsoever it may concern, My name is akash sharma and i recently opened a savings regular account on 29 march 2019, at alpha-i branch situated at address: a3, alpha1, greater noida, gautam budh nagar, 201310, uttar pradesh, ifsc code: sbin0011475. I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account. I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved. Apr 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I went to meet the C-KYC officer and was shocked to see that my form was never uploaded to lcpc. The officer then assured me that he hill submit the form tge same day. Within one day I got a message saying that my account is fully activated. Online transactions are now working. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I am getting the same problem for the last 15/days and need urgent payment for covid medicines but my money is stuck in the sbi account and I am unable to do anything branch manager said that it's not in their hand. I don't know now what to do because its a big problem for me.

I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction and ATM and cheque transactions because it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.
I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manage but the issue has not been resolved.

1 month complete hogya hai abhi tak kuch ni hua maine open kiya tha insta plus saving account video call ke trough meri kyc bhi hui thi account number cif number atm card sab mil gya hai transaction ho hi ni rha hai sbi costumer care bolti hai yono help line mai baat karo or yono helpline bolti hai home branch visit karna padega jabki mai 1 week laga tar home branch gaya hu home branch wale kuch ni karte koi service nahi dete ye uske pass jao uske pass jao ye karo wo karo jabki maine paper work form bhi submit kar diya hu mere ghar se home branch 10km dur hai itna dur 1 week se laga tar gaya hu koi service nahi dete sbi sabse bekar bank hai sbi costumer ko service nahi bas wait karna jante hain
