I jagir kaur sbi account holder, account no. -[protected] ; cif no. - [protected] ; ifsc code - sbin0032213. On 28/02/2018, my son made an atm card online transaction to pay registration fee to lpunest 2018 of amount rs.700, but it was failed and he also tried it twice and that transaction was also failed but the amount of rs. 700 was deducted from my account which was not refunded by bank. I also visited to branch several times but till date (26/02/2018) no money has been refunded to me. Below i am providing some photographs of that failed transaction. and upon ATM withdrawal (only once in the year) thro Axis bank ATM, I have been charged a sum of Rs.23-60 whihc is unethical. Please clarify.
